Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Money Hive application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Falcon Dev ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Money Hive.

Money Hive is a personal finance management application that helps users track expenses, manage budgets, set savings goals, and receive on-device AI-powered financial insights. The App is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Core features are available for free. Premium features are available through in-app purchases.

Money Hive does not require an account to use its core features. Your financial data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud backup, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your encryption passphrase. We cannot recover your data if you lose your passphrase.

You agree to use Money Hive only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: — Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems — Use the App to engage in any illegal financial activity — Redistribute or resell the App or any premium features — Use automated tools to access or interact with the App in unauthorized ways

Premium features are available through the following purchase options: Monthly Subscription, Annual Subscription, and Lifetime Purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google's respective refund processes.

Money Hive is a financial tracking and budgeting tool. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of professional financial service. AI-generated insights and recommendations are for informational purposes only. You should not make significant financial decisions based solely on information provided by the App. Always consult qualified financial professionals for important financial decisions.

While we strive to provide accurate currency conversion rates and financial calculations, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any data displayed in the App. Exchange rates are provided by third-party services and may not reflect real-time market rates. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any financial information before making decisions based on it.

The Money Hive application, including its design, code, AI models, trademarks, and content, is owned by Falcon Dev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Money Hive, including but not limited to: — Loss of data due to device failure or accidental deletion — Financial decisions made based on App data or AI recommendations — Service interruptions or App unavailability — Any errors in financial calculations or currency conversions

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device will remain until you delete the App. Cloud backup data can be deleted through iCloud or Google Drive settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Money Hive will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Falcon Dev operates.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email (if provided). Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
